The service does not replace a qualified solicitor or barrister. For binding legal advice you must instruct a regulated law firm directly.
3. User obligations
You agree to:
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes
- Provide accurate information upon registration
- Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users
- Not resell or sublicense access to the service
4. Limitation of liability
Elysia Legal is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information from the service. AI-generated content may contain errors or be out of date. We always recommend verifying important legal information with a qualified solicitor.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the platform (except user-generated content) belongs to Elysia Legal. Documents you generate are yours, but you grant us the right to use anonymised data to improve the service.
6. Account termination
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@elysialegal.uk. We may suspend accounts in cases of misuse of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
